"SELSEY" the 2-4-2T from the Selsey Tramway

This Steam And Things kit is for Selsey the 2-4-2T that was built by Peckett of Bristol in 1897
specially for the then "Hundred of Manhood & Selsey
Tramways"; to be finally scrapped about 1935.
This kit is an ideal partner to go with our Falcon and Hurst Nelson coaches (seen in photo above) which we also supply.

about this kit
This is an etches only kit. There are no castings included and this is a scratch builder aid kit and not a full kit.
However we have endeavoured it to be a little bit more then a set of basic parts.
The kit includes 32 etched brass (0.3mm, 12thou) and nickel silver (0.5mm, 20thou) parts - not including multpiples.

At present we are limiting the variations of the prototype to one:
Short Tank version with cut down rear cab and front smoke box - per above photo.

In addition there is a set of instructions with drawings and photos and a CD with archive photos is also included.
The kit contains etched brass name plates, but we are willing to produce the "Selsey" lettering transfers - complete with the full stop!
